Having 10 years of experience in the automotive industry and manufacturing. Currently director of her own business consulting company “Liderazgo de Altura”. 

Quitting the office work, risked the comfort to live the magic of the mountain. With just a few years in mountaineering she has accomplished the unimaginable. 

  • 1st woman in America to climb the four highest mountains in the world
    Everest, K2, Kanchenjunga and Lhotse.
  • 1st Latin American Woman to climb K2 the second highest mountain in the world and one of the most dangerous. 
  • Guinness World Record for the fastest ascent of the three highest mountains in the world. Record title “Fastest ascent of the top three highest mountains with supplementary oxygen – Female”. 
  • Seven out of foourteen of the highest mountains in the world in the Himalayan range in Nepal and the Karakoram range in Pakistan
  • Four out of the seven highest peaks in each continent – Europe, Africa, Asia and South America.

  • En la edición del libro Guiness World Records 2022, Viridiana fue elegida para ser parte del “Salón de la fama”, convirtiéndose en la primera Mexicana en pertenecer a tan selecto grupo de personas.
  • La Revista Quién seleccionó a Viridiana para ser parte de las “50 personas que transforman México”. Noviembre 2021.
  • Premio Mérito EXATEC 2021
  • El 11 de agosto del 2020 Guiness World Records GWR le reconoce a Viridiana el récord del Ascenso más rápido de las tres montañas más altas del mundo (Everest, K2 y Kanchenjunga) utilizando oxígeno suplementario (mujer).
